Dear Steve,
Now that things are quieting down, and Roger's health has finally stabilized, it's time to let you know how much we appreciate our new home. It really is a dream come true. A dream that would not have become a reality without you help. Your crew did a great job of putting up the basement walls. It was extremely fun for all of us to see how  that was done. It was amazing! The home turned out great. We really love it. It would not have turned out that way without your efforts. Thank you so much for all of your help. You should be very proud of what you have accomplished.
